All patterns are digital PDF downloads. No physical items are shipped. Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded.
Patterns are licensed for personal use. You may not copy, share, translate, resell or redistribute the PDF files or their contents.
Each pattern is sold separately as a one-off purchase and stays yours to use after payment; there is no subscription. When the number of patterns you have bought and not had refunded reaches a multiple of three, we send a free 20-pattern bundle to the email address used at checkout. The gift is promotional, has no cash value, and we may change or end it at any time — patterns already bought still count.
Finished size and look depend on your yarn, hook and tension — that's part of the fun!
